Refund & Cancellation Policy
This launch policy explains how Crewr handles cancellations, rescheduling, and refund questions.
Lawn plan cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a lawn plan through Crewr support. Subscription cancellation timing may depend on the current billing period.
Junk removal cancellation
One-time junk removal bookings may be cancelled before service begins. If a crew has already been dispatched, fees may apply.
Refunds
Refunds depend on payment status, service status, and whether work has already started or been completed. Approved refunds are processed back through the original Stripe payment method.
Failed or incomplete service
If Crewr cannot complete a paid service because of a Crewr-side issue, Crewr may reschedule, credit, or refund the booking depending on the situation.
Service option mismatch
If the selected option is clearly inaccurate for the actual job, Crewr may contact the customer before service, move the booking to the correct option, request confirmation, or cancel and refund the booking.
Rescheduling
Crewr may help reschedule service when capacity is available in the customer's service area.
