Service Policy
How Crewr handles service availability, fulfillment, and launch service rules.
Lawn mowing
Lawn mowing is subscription-only for launch. Customers choose the closest yard-size plan, see the monthly plan price, and continue to checkout when booking is enabled.
Junk removal
Junk removal is a one-time service. Customers choose a load-size option, see the price, and continue to checkout when booking is enabled.
Service areas
Crewr only accepts bookings in active service areas where launch capacity is available.
Availability
Crewr is opening service availability by area. A visible service page does not guarantee booking capacity at every address.
Service option accuracy
The listed option price is the customer's service price. Customers are responsible for choosing the closest accurate option for the actual job.
Exception handling
If the selected option is clearly inaccurate for the actual job, Crewr may contact the customer before service, move the booking to the correct option, request confirmation, or cancel and refund the booking according to this policy.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe when public booking is enabled. Crewr does not store raw card details.
