These starter terms support Crewr's controlled launch and should be reviewed before public launch.
Services
Crewr helps customers book local services, including subscription lawn mowing and one-time junk removal during launch.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping account information accurate and secure. Some account areas may require two-step verification.
Checkout
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout when public booking is enabled. Crewr does not store raw card details.
Pricing
The listed option price is the customer's service price. Customers are responsible for choosing the closest accurate option for the actual job.
Service option changes
If the selected option is clearly inaccurate for the actual job, Crewr may contact the customer before service, move the booking to the correct option, request confirmation, or cancel and refund the booking according to the Service Policy.
Availability
Services are available only in active service areas and may be limited by capacity. Crewr may open booking availability by area over time.
